Uwazuruike assures that the component units in the emerging Republic, of rights to control their God given resources, recognizes the sanctity of human lives.
The New Biafran Leader, Chief Ralph Uwazuruike, at the weekend, said he was looking up to the emergence of the New Biafra nation of being capable to adequately protect lives and property of its citizens, insisting that the Republic must have a weak center and component units stronger to ensure that the units come together with out encumbering the other and each allowed to grow at its own pace, depending on its own resources and its ability to explore and exploit them, while only noble men of unassailable character aspires to lead at the center.
        The BIM Leader who holds the traditional title of Ijele Ndigbo frowned that no responsible nation would sit down and always  watched as precious human lives are wasted on daily basis by Boko-Haram Insurgents, armed Fulani herdsmen and Islamic State west African Province( ISWAP) and further explained that the emerging new Biafran government, the federating Units are expected to take 100% charge of their God given HUMAN AND MATERIAL RESOURCESwhile making contributions agreeable to take care of the less bogus central responsibilities.
Represented at the meeting by the Biafra Director of Information and Personal Assistant on Media and Publicity, Mazi Chris Anierobi Mocha, Uwazuruike, again assured all Biafrans and Stakeholders that in the emerging new republic, federating Units or regional governments or the ethnic nationalities making up the United States of Biafra ( USB), otherwise called “the new Biafra” reserved the inalienable rights to de-federate or move away whenever they choose stressing that the pitiable death traps of federal roads leading to calabar, the Cross River State capital was part of reason for his struggle for a sovereign Biafran Nation.
        Uwazuruike who spoke during the BIM MASSOB’s meeting in Calabar Municipal Council and presided over by the Cross River South Zonal Leader, Patrick Bassey disclosed that Six Months after its Inauguration, Biafran Government would declare a state of Emergency on construction and reconstruction of Federal Government abandoned Road Projects across the Biafran territory which included; Aba – Ikot Ekpene - Uyo Road, Umuahia - Ikwuano Akwa Ibom Road; Odumodu, Umunya – Awkuzu - Amansea - Oji river road.
 Others include: Onitsha, Aguleri – Omor, Adani – Nsukka road; Otuocha – Nzam - Kogi Road, Enugu - Umuahia - Aba Port harcourt Road; Owerri - Elele - Ahoda - Bayelsa road; Asaba Umunede - Agbor Road and Onitsha – Ogwu-ikpele - Bayelsa Road among others.
